You acknowledge that:

  • You retain rights to your original uploaded images
  • AI-generated outputs may be used for Service improvement
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI suggestions

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by RoomStudioAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of images you upload.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Your stored data may be deleted after a reasonable period
  • No refunds will be provided for unused credits

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

13. Changes to Terms
