At RoomStudioAI, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This policy outlines our refund terms for subscription payments.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- You have generated 2 or fewer images since your subscription started or renewed
- You request a refund within 7 days of your billing date
- This is your first refund request
Partial Refund
You may be eligible for a partial (prorated) refund if:
- You are early in your billing cycle
- You have minimal usage beyond the 2-image threshold
- There are extenuating circumstances (technical issues, etc.)
Partial refunds are calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription period and are provided at our discretion.
No Refund
Refunds will not be provided if:
- You have generated more than 2 images during the billing period
- You have significant usage of the Service
- You have previously received a refund
- Your account was terminated for Terms of Service violations
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team:

- Include your account email and reason for the refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.
Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Unused credits will expire at the end of the billing period
Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at support@roomstudioai.com before disputing with your bank. We're happy to resolve billing issues directly.
